Flying with AIM Air
Serving those who serve!
Our family has been enjoying the beautiful fall weather! We have been keeping busy with support raising and trying to prepare for moving. We started going through our things and trying to decide what we are going to keep or need to get rid of/sell before moving to Kenya. Brielle has started crawling and being on the move constantly. It is such a joy to see her continue to grow and learn new skills.

We wanted to share more about AIM Air and why we’re so excited to serve with them!
In 2019, Remy did a two month internship with AIM Air in Nairobi. He loved getting to see first hand the work that they do and be able to meet the missionaries, pilots, mechanics, and leadership that make up the AIM Air team. He helped do maintenance on the airplanes and went on a couple flights while there. The first was a medevac flight to pick up a person who had been injured while on a safari. (Don’t let that scare you away from coming to visit us for a safari when we are there :-) )The second flight was to visit missionaries who serve in a remote village. In the village, Remy was able to see their ministry, help with a construction project, and witness the vital lifeline that aviation is for this family who is faithfully serving the Lord.
Who is AIM Air?
AIM Air helps missionaries focus on people and their ministry by providing critical aviation support.
Through AIM Air, missionaries are able to:
Rest Assured: When difficulty is brought to a missionary, from civil unrest to medical emergencies, AIM Air is able to provide an airplane to bring them to safety.
Stay Focused: Missionaries are able to focus on their ministry when AIM Air provides reliable transportation and flies in essential supplies.
Go the Distance: AIM Air helps missionaries serve longer and go farther as the airplane allows them to create deep relationships and have a greater impact on their community.
We love the care that AIM Air has for those they fly and how each flight is tailored to the needs of their passengers. The video below gives you a glimpse into what AIM Air does.
We are so thankful for those who are praying for us and who have joined our support team! It is such a blessing to see how God provides and cares for us. If you are interested in supporting us or would just like to learn more about the work we will be doing, we would love to hear from you and connect more!
Praises + Prayer Requests
Rachel injured her back earlier in the summer and the healing process has been lengthy and difficult. We have praise that overall it is getting better, but would appreciate prayer for continued healing.
In December, Remy has a technical evaluation in North Carolina. This will be two weeks of flight and maintenance evaluations. Please pray as Remy prepares for these tests.
As we are preparing for the big move, please pray that we would continue to trust the Lord with every step and all the unknowns. Pray that we would be fighting to spend time in His Word and prayer. It can be overwhelming to think of all the things that need to be done, but we want to be walking obediently and faithfully to where God is calling us each day.
